How to care for your Calathea rufibarba
Your new prayer plant is an easy-care houseplant that thrives particularly well in shady to partially shady locations. This makes it ideal for the bathroom or away from windows. As a tropical plant, the Calathea prefers high humidity. In winter, you should therefore mist it more frequently with a plant sprayer. However, wet feet are rather detrimental to the Calathea, so avoid waterlogging. If you want to support the growth of your prayer plant, you can fertilize it with liquid fertilizer every 14 days from April to August. There isn't much more to consider with the Calathea rufibarba. Simply enjoy the attractive eye-catcher of this tropical houseplant, which "wakes up" with you in the morning and filters the air with its pretty leaves. Note: Decorative pots are not included.
