Ideal pan for large quantities

The forged aluminum braising pan from ELO is ideal for preparing larger dishes. Thanks to its extra-high sides and large cooking surface, it offers plenty of space. The PFAS-free ELODUR® Select non-stick coating ensures that food won't stick. The gray soft-touch handle is comfortable to hold, and the reinforced rim makes draining easy and drip-free. Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, the pan offers even heat distribution.
