Thanks to the enameled cast iron grate, heat is conducted ideally, giving meat, fish, and vegetables a characteristic grill pattern and a crispy crust. The double-walled lid keeps the heat inside the cooking chamber constant. You can check the temperature at any time using the thermometer in the lid.
