The infrared heat warms you from the inside out at a maximum temperature of 60°C, meaning that sweating starts a little later than in a traditional sauna, but is all the more intense. The indoor infrared cabin is made of hemlock fir wood, which, due to its natural properties, boasts excellent heat insulation. The heat is retained inside the sauna, while the temperature of the outer layer of the infrared cabin remains almost at room temperature.
