With this modern and comfortable two-seater, you're flexible and ready to go anywhere. The 3-wheeled electric scooter has EU road approval and is therefore legal for use on public roads. With its powerful 1,500-watt electric motor and an operating voltage of 60 volts, the e-scooter quickly reaches its maximum speed of 25 km/h. The speed can be limited to three levels using a switch: depending on the traffic situation, you can choose between 10, 15, or 25 km/h. The included 60V 32.5Ah lithium battery can be charged both in the vehicle (internally) and externally. Depending on your riding style, the scooter has a range of up to 70 km on a single charge. Front and rear suspension ensures a comfortable ride.

Legal Regulations & Information

1. License plate: The Maximus MX3-25 E-Trike electric vehicle (25 km/h) requires insurance and a license plate. An EU type approval (ECC) is included with the scooter. With this document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice. The type approval is written in English, as this is the official language of the EU. 2. Driver's license: A moped license is required to operate the vehicle. Minimum age: 15 years. Holders of driver's license categories A, B, and T do not need a license. Persons born before April 1, 1965, do not need a license or permit. 3. Helmet requirement: A helmet is not required if the safety belt is fastened. A helmet is required if the Maximus MX3-25 E-Trike electric vehicle (25 km/h) is driven without a seatbelt. 4. Number of passengers: The Maximus MX3-25 E-Trike electric vehicle (25 km/h) is approved for use with two people.

5. Lending the scooter: If you lend your scooter to someone else, please check that they have a driver's license (see point 2) and instruct them on how to operate the Maximus MX3-25 E-Trike electric vehicle (25 km/h).

6. Pedestrian and cycle paths: The use of public pedestrian and cycle paths (within city limits) is not permitted. Within city limits, cycle paths marked with a moped symbol on the traffic sign may be used. Outside of city limits, cycle paths may be used.

7. Assembly status upon delivery: The item is delivered approximately 95% pre-assembled.
