Manufacturer's warranty conditions:

Our products are subject to strict quality control. Should this device nevertheless malfunction, we sincerely regret this and ask you to contact our listed service address. We are also happy to assist you by telephone via our service hotline. The following applies to the assertion of warranty claims – without limiting your statutory rights:

1. Warranty claims can only be made within a maximum period of 5 years, calculated from the date of purchase. Our warranty service is limited to the repair of material and manufacturing defects or the replacement of the device. Our warranty service is free of charge for you. 2. Warranty claims must be made immediately upon discovery of the defect. Claims made after the warranty period has expired are excluded, unless they are made within 2 weeks of the warranty period's expiration. 3. Please send a defective device, along with the warranty card and receipt, to the service address. Please request a free collection from the specified service center. If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive a repaired or new device. Repair or replacement of the device does not start a new warranty period. The 5-year warranty period from the date of purchase remains valid. This also applies when using on-site service.

Please note that our warranty is void in the event of misuse or improper handling, failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the device, use of force, or interventions not carried out by an authorized service center. We will repair defects in the device not (or no longer) covered by the warranty, or damage that has voided the warranty, for a fee. Please send the device to our service address for this purpose.

Your statutory warranty rights, which are free of charge, remain unaffected.
