How to care for your pampas grass
For your pampas grass, it is best to choose a sunny location with well-draining, fresh soil. To allow the roots to develop well, the planting hole should be twice the size of the pot. Maintain a planting distance of approximately 100 cm. After planting, press the pampas grass firmly into the soil and water it. Initially, water your pampas grass every two to three days with approximately 10 liters of water per plant. For the first two to three weeks, make sure it never dries out completely. However, be sure to avoid waterlogging at all costs – pampas grass cannot tolerate that. This undemanding plant generally only has moderate water requirements. A tip for winter: To protect the grass, you can tie the foliage together in late autumn. Beautify your garden with the giant plume pampas grass in a practical set of two.
