The soil makes the difference

This dry white wine comes from the Rheingau, the home of Riesling. Crucial to its special character are the natural properties of the two soils, quartzite and loess, of the central Rheingau. The quartzite imparts minerality and contributes finesse and bouquet to the wine. The fertile loess soil creates the wine's balance – harmonious and elegant. The perfect accompaniment to a fine meal or any other social gathering. This white wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of ten to twelve degrees.
