Fine minerality with intense aromas
This dry white wine comes from the single vineyard Winkeler Hasensprung in the Rheingau. The vines grow here on deep loess and loam soils interspersed with shallow gravel. These unique geographical conditions produce mineral and fresh Rieslings. With the Hasensprung Riesling Rheingau QbA, the young winemaker Dirk Erdmann has made excellent use of these conditions. The fresh bouquet reveals intense aromas of green apple and peach and is characterized by a fine minerality. In short: a fresh, expressive Riesling with lovely finesse.
