The Meateor barbecue grill consists of a main firebox with a swiveling warming rack and a firebox. In the firebox, you can use wood, charcoal, or briquettes to generate heat for indirect grilling and smoking – ideal for spare ribs, pulled pork, fish, or even baking bread. You'll get a particularly robust aroma by using wood chips when smoking. Any excess smoke can be easily released through the cooking chamber's exhaust pipe. Practical features for enjoyable grilling: Do you need a particularly high or low temperature for your food? The built-in dampers allow you to conveniently regulate the heat in the charcoal smoker. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can always keep an eye on the cooking temperature.
