The Citrin serving pan from ELO is made of robust 18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium, 10% nickel) and, with its capacity of approximately 4.4 liters, offers plenty of space for your dishes. The ELODUR® Professional non-stick coating ensures that nothing sticks, while the shock-resistant glass lid allows you to keep an eye on the cooking process at all times. The serving pan is dishwasher-safe and suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
